Quick stop into Fry's on a Friday. I initially went in to pick up the WD 200GB 8MB 7200rpm cache drive for $139.99, but when I got there the 250 was on sale (unadvertised) at $179.99. I figured I can always find a use for the extra 50 gigs and went for the 250. I kind of wandered around for a bit, looked at new mice & some digital cameras. I've been considering picking up the Canon SD10 cuz it's all tiny and hip-looking. For some reason, I never realized that it doesn't have a viewfinder. Is this a big deal? I don't know. I took a look at PDAs as well. No, I'm not getting it to get organized... I'm thinking about getting one and pulling the 4gb CF drive out of a MuVo2 and making myself a portable video player. Do I really want to drop 600 bones to figure out if it works for me? No. I shoulda bought two more 250s... then my home machine would have over a terabyte of storage. Mmmmm... terabyte. Total Time Spent: 30 min Total Money Spent: $194.84
